Official Rules for $250 Gift-Card Giveaway Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law.

- Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date and Time, e.g., January 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST] and ends on [End Date and Time, e.g., January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST] (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

How to Enter:
- Primary Method of Entry: Every $25 spent will result in 1 entry.
- Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase necessary. To enter without completing the primary method, send a self-addressed, stamped postcard or handwritten 3x5 card with your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the words "$250 Cash Giveaway Entry" to: [Your Mailing Address, e.g., Sponsor Name, Attn: $250 Giveaway, [Address, City, State, ZIP]]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [End Date] and received by [Date a few days after end, e.g., February 5, 2026]. Limit one mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
- Random Drawing and Odds: On or about [Drawing Date, e.g., February 7, 2026], Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received to select one (1) potential winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: $250 USD, awarded as a digital gift card at Sponsor's discretion. Retail Value (ARV): $250. Prize is non-transferable, non-substitutable, and no cash alternative is available except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Winner Notification and Verification: Potential winner will be notified by email, direct message, or phone within 7 days of the drawing. Potential winner must respond within 48 hours and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, and/or Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within 7 days. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or fails to complete required documents, an alternate winner may be selected.
- General Conditions: By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the submission method.
- Release and Limitations of Liability: Entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and promotion partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance/use. Sponsor is not liable for technical failures, unauthorized access, or other issues affecting the Sweepstakes.
- Privacy: Information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy [link if available] and only for administering the Sweepstakes, unless consent is given for other uses.
- Winner's List: For the winner's name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to [Your Address] after [date, e.g., February 15, 2026] and before [date, e.g., March 15, 2026].
- Governing Law: Void where prohibited. Disputes governed by laws of Ohio.
